UPDATE 9/3/2025 1:23 AM
Earlier today, IT completed scheduled network maintenance in the main building. This included replacing core/access switches and restructuring VLAN assignments. These changes may have impacted connectivity for certain devices.
What changed:
New switches were brought online and old hardware was decommissioned.
VLAN mappings were updated to align with the new design.
Some ports were reassigned to different VLANs to improve segmentation and performance.
What you may notice:
Devices may not connect until they are restarted and pick up the correct IP/DHCP lease.
Network printers, VoIP phones, or other hardwired endpoints may need to be power-cycled.
Next steps:
If a restart does not resolve the issue, please reply to the staff email with details (device type, location, and symptoms) so we can address it quickly.

We will be performing significant infrastructure upgrades beginning at 6 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. These improvements will strengthen network speed, reliability, and performance across the dealership.
During this window, most networked devices in the main building will be impacted. Temporary hotfixes will be available for critical use, like working on active deals, but we strongly recommend avoiding Internet activity until the upgrades are complete.
